It is quite doubtful that Netflix would purchase a fourth season of the program for their streaming service if it is not picked up for production on Crackle. If we compare the fourth season of StartUp to, for example, the fourth season of Manifest on Netflix, which already has a lot going on with its original material, it is clear that StartUp is a far safer bet than Manifest.
Therefore, it is not reasonable to predict that the fourth season of StartUp will be accessible on Netflix in 2022 or even 2023.
